January 21, 2022

Subject Line: PubMatic Service Notice - Reporting Delay Update

Reporting outage impacted data for January 19th and January 20th. Data from January 21st onwards is all correct for all time-zones and should be available per usual SLA. We estimate to correct all numbers by January 24th 10:00 am PST.

Subject Line: PubMatic Service Notice - Reporting Delay

Due to an ongoing network connectivity issue on January 19th, PubMatic’s bid level metric are delayed for PST and EST time zones; AEST, GMT and JST bid level metrics for January 20th are also impacted. For PubMatic’s OpenWrap customers, all metrics were impacted.Please note there is no data loss and we will make data available after it has been processed. Also, there was no impact on ad serving operations.

For PubMatic’s programmatic (SSP) customers, monetization metrics will be available per standard daily SLA. Our teams are working to restore connectivity with our technology partners as soon as possible.

PubMatic Planned maintenance notice - January 15th 12:00 am - 5:00 am EST

On Saturday, January 15th from 12:00 am to 5:00 am EST, PubMatic will be performing system maintenance.  During this window the PubMatic UI and API reporting will not be available. Our ad serving operations and publisher monetization will continue to run as normal. We apologize for any inconvenience. For more information, please reach out to your PubMatic customer success representative.

PubMatic Reporting Advisory: In-App Display Revenue Reporting Anomaly 

Please note that due to a reporting anomaly from Tuesday, October 19, through today, Friday, October 22, revenue and impression reporting may be incorrect. This issue only applies to in-app display banner reporting for one DSP. 

Reporting is expected to be corrected by 11 PM PST on Monday, October 25. 

Please re-run any reports, including API, after that time. There is no loss of data or impact on monetization. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Analytics's domain reports - Domain Report and Domain Report ( Includes non-whitelisted domains))- showed slightly inflated numbers for Sept. 7th for all partners for few hours. We have corrected the data. We request you to re-pull the data.
