Policy for low-performing deals

Policy for low-performing PMP deals: To ensure PubMatic provides best-in-class performance and support for our partners, we’ve made the decision to pause low-performing PMP deals created in publisher accounts on a monthly basis starting from October 2019. A low-performing deal is one that has been active for the previous three-months and generated less than $10 USD in platform spend.  You can reactivate a paused deal at any time, but it will remain subject to monthly review.  We will be pausing low-performing PMP deals on the 8th of each month. We encourage you to work with your PubMatic account manager to troubleshoot these deals. Please also reach out to your account manager if you have any questions or concerns.

Policy for low-performing Audience Package deals: To ensure PubMatic provides best-in-class performance and support for our partners, starting August 26, 2020, we will pause low-performing Audience Package deals on a weekly basis. The definition of a low-performing Audience Package deal is one that has been active for at least 30 days and has generated less than US$100 in platform spend for the last 30 days. We will be pausing low-performing deals on Wednesday each week. You can reactivate a paused deal at any time, but it will remain subject to weekly review in accordance with the parameters defined. We encourage you to work with your PubMatic account manager to troubleshoot these deals and contact them for any questions or concerns.
