Use the following instructions to block an existing or new domain URL to avoid the display of unwanted creative.

Blocking an Existing Domain URL

  1. Select Ad Quality | Blocklist Manager from the main navigation menu.
  2. Select a site from the Blocklist Applied to drop-down menu or select ALL to manage the blocklist for all sites.
  3. From the View By drop-down menu, select Advertiser.
  4. Click the advertiser for which you want to block the domain URL to expand its associated URLs. 
  5. Select the checkbox next to the domain URL to block it. It will be blocked and added to the User Actions List on the right.
  6. Continue to add other URLs to the blocklist as needed.
  7. Click Save.

Blocking a New Domain URL

To block any domain URL that is not on the list of Advertisers, you may add a domain to be blocked.

  1. Select Ad Quality | Blocklist Manager from the main navigation menu.
  2. Click Add a New Domain.
  3. Select the Site for which the domain URL will be blocked.
  4. Enter the full domain URL (including http:// or https://) in the Domain Name field.
  5. Click Save. The URL will now be blocklisted automatically.
