Analytics Outage Availability

If you have received notification of an Analytics system outage, you can still access data for a reduced date range. This includes data pulled via API for publishers and channel partners. Channel partners using lazy reporting or push-to-process reports are not affected.

Please note that there is no data loss. The Analytics system will resume with full capabilities as soon as possible.

Outage Restrictions

During a temporary outage, you can still access data, but with the following restrictions:

 

  • During a temporary outage, you can still access data, but with the following restrictions: 8 days of daily data in Publisher UI and Media Buyer Console (MBC) is available.
  • Other hourly, daily, weekly or monthly data is unavailable.
