To send reports on a regular basis, you can schedule the report instead of sharing it manually each time. A scheduled report can also be sent to recipients who are not listed on the account in PubMatic. See Scheduling an analytics report for more information.

Follow these steps to share a report:

  1. In the PubMatic UI, select Analytics > Existing Reports. This takes you to the Reports page.
  2. Select Custom.
  3. In the column on the left next to the report you want to share, click Actions menu icon > Share Report.
  4. Select one or more recipients from the list and enter a message for the body of the email. You can leave the Report Title as is or edit it.
  5. Click Share.
