PubMatic Analytics system had technical difficulties from Feb. 26th to March 1st. Please note, AdServing operations continued to run normal without any disruptions.

Because of technical difficulties, PubMatic was not able to process requests and bids data from Feb. 26th to Mar. 1st. Thus, these metrics have not been available for our partners to consume via our UI or APIs. This data has now been populated and we request you pull these data metrics into your reporting systems to make your data complete for Feb. 26th to Mar. 1st. Please note that monetization metrics (paid impressions, eCPM, revenue) and billings were not impacted.

PubMatic Service Advisory – Reporting number correction for March 3rd
Please note that due to a processing error, publisher revenue, impressions and related data was inflated for Wednesday, March 3. As a result, Publisher UI and API overstated numbers for few hours before they were corrected. Please re-run any data pull for March 3rd to ensure you have accurate reporting. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Please be advised that PubMatic services are running normal and we are generating daily reporting across all reporting parameters per daily SLA delivery of 10:00 AM local time-zone. This includes UI and API users. Please note that monetization data for all days is available via UI and API including impressions, Spend/Revenue and CPM.
We are working to restore request and bid related data from Feb. 26th, Feb. 27th, Feb. 28th and March 1st. The expected timing for the reprocessing of this data is end of March TBD. We will provide updates here as this data is restored. Please note that February publisher statementing and advertiser invoicing is not impacted and being processed on schedule.

This reporting delay is impacting the data available in both our UI and via API starting Feb. 26th. Monetization data for Feb. 26th and 27th is now available for all time zones. Any Requests or Bids or derived metrics are not available. We will provide guidance when the delayed data processing will be completed. The PubMatic Engineering and Data Center teams will be performing maintenance activities to upgrade our database servers this coming weekend for an 8-hour period. During this time our Publisher Portal (UI), Media Buyer Console and API services will be unavailable.
It is important to note that ad serving and monetization will continue during this time without impact, as will the processing of data. However, access to the data will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance period.
