PubMatic Service Notice - Reporting operations are back up and running per standard SLA.

Due to a network connectivity issue on August 13th, PubMatic's daily and hourly reporting was impacted. Data is becoming available per standard SLA now and impacted metrics have been corrected. We request you to re-pull data for August 13 and August 14. Please note there was no impact on ad serving operations.

PubMatic Service Notice - Reporting Delay

Due to a network connectivity issue on August 13, PubMatic's daily and hourly reporting was impacted. Please note there is no data loss and we will make data available after it has been processed. Also, there was no impact on ad serving operations.

For PubMatic’s programmatic (SSP) customers, monetization metrics will be available per standard daily SLA. Requests and bids metrics were impacted. For PubMatic’s OpenWrap customers, all metrics were impacted.

Analytics normal operations will be restored by August 15, 00:00 hour (midnight) per local time-zone and data will be available per standard hourly and daily SLA. For PubMatic programmatic (SSP) customers, data for August 13 and August 14 will be corrected by August 16 at 10:00 am PST for all time-zones. For PubMatic OpenWrap customers, data will be corrected by August 17 at 10:00 am PST for all time-zones.

PubMatic Service Notice - OpenWrap Reporting Discrepancy

A technical issue in PubMatic's Tokyo and Singapore data centers caused OpenWrap analytics to report incorrect revenue and related metrics from August 8th through August 10th. Data from these dates has been corrected. We request that you re-pull this data for affected dates after that time.

Please note that the scale of the reporting discrepancy was driven in part by the percentage of traffic in these data centers for any publisher. For more information, reach out to your PubMatic Customer Success representative. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have causedAnalytics's domain reports - Domain Report and Domain Report ( Includes non-whitelisted domains))- showed slightly inflated numbers for Sept. 7th for all partners for few hours. We have corrected the data. We request you to re-pull the data.
