Creating & Managing Contacts

Contacts provide contact information for your clients, their email addresses, and phone numbers.

Creating a Contact

  1. Select Tools | Contacts from the main navigation.
  2. To create a contact click Create Contact.
  3. Add information about the contact, including name, email address, physical address, and phone number.
  4. Select the Advertisers or Agencies associated with the contact from the corresponding drop-down menus.
  5. Click Save.

Managing a Contact

  1. While viewing contacts, click the button in the Actions column for the contact you want to manage.
  2. Select View, Edit, Deactivate or Archive.
